We’re looking for a Sous Chef like you: a craftsperson with fire in your heart, a calm spirit under pressure, and a talent for leading a kitchen with precision, pride, and playfulness. Coaching, guiding and helping them to grow every day. You love deepening your craft. You respect the rituals and traditions of kushiyaki, but are also curious to bring your own spark and ideas to it.</p><p>• You bring team spirit, kindness, respect. </p><p>• You think "we" rather than "I" (and we probably say "Ja tak" more than once a day!</p><p>• You have a desire to have fun as you work with your fellow Strange Fishes.
