People stay in the jobs they love, so much so that over half of our restaurant management team have been with us for more than five years. We’re especially proud that the average length of service of our 28 Head Chefs is over 8.5 years!
Regular team socials, an annual trip to Japan for nominees, our annual legendary staff parties and our three day leadership ‘Big Chourei’, makes sure that we form close bonds with our colleagues across all three countries we currently operate in.
