Kitchen Porter

Our Kitchen Porters are the hearts of our restaurants that enables everyone to be where they need to be. They assist and support the restaurant teams and ensure that our storages are fully stocked and that areas surrounding the pot wash are clean and organised.


Working in the Japanese kitchen is centered on techniques, traditions, and precision where our chefs serve nothing but the best quality of food. This kind of position requires hands, head, and heart to work in perfect harmony. An advantage of working at Sticks’n’Sushi is that the kitchen environment balances ‘busy’ with ‘fun’.

In our kitchens, our chefs stand shoulder to shoulder. Both literally and symbolically. It is therefore crucial that the tone and attitude is fun and positive when it is busy, and everyone need to work together.

We employ chefs from around the world. To make communication easier, we speak English in our kitchens. If you are willing to learn new things, we are happy to provide you with the opportunity to do so.
