About the role:

  • Source, attract, and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidate’s experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Provide administrative support to Human Resources
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR files, including managing personnel files, updating databases, and processing employee changes.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Partner, Recruiter, or similar role, preferably within Hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition strategies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of organisation.
