Now’s your chance to join us in our stylish London support office, just steps from Oxford Circus, as a passionate, people-powered Recruitment expert. You’ll bring your sharp recruitment instincts and high-energy approach to support our current restaurant leaders across three cities—and play a pivotal role in staffing our brand-new openings.

This is your moment to help shape the future of our restaurants - one great hire at a time.

Some of the things you’ll work on…

· Hunt down hospitality heroes - from team members to superstar Managers, GM’s and Head Chefs

· Own the end-to-end recruitment process (think advertising, screening, interviewing, and sealing the deal)

· Build pipelines, fuel growth, and support our new restaurant openings – in some super exciting locations

· Partner with Ops to create smooth, speedy hiring journeys, loved by candidates

· Bring fresh ideas to elevate our employer brand and recruitment strategy, get the best out of the job board and the agencies we (very rarely!) use

· Be an active part of the wider People team, sharing accountability for the rest of the teams’ goals

What we are looking for in our ideal candidate…

· Energy, passion, and hospitality know-how

· Experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment (hospitality a BIG plus)

· A love for people and a killer instinct for top-tier talent

· The ability to juggle multiple roles, a confident decision maker with a big smile and a small ego

· whilst you’ll not be spending your life in hotels, you’ll be happy doing some travel now and again
