About the role

From our Copenhagen beginnings, our intention was always to be one of a kind. We ensure our guests enter our restaurant with a big IRASHAIMASSE (welcome to our restaurant) and leave us with the best feeling possible.

The right attitude is a must, experience is not always the most important thing. The ideal Reservations Coordinator candidate will:

  • Full flexibility, including weekends and evenings, school/bank/festive holidays. Available to work Christmas and New Year
  • Embody the Sticks‘n’Sushi mentality in all day to day operations. We have BIG smiles and small egos with a Ja tak attitude.
  • Answering of inbound booking enquiries in a timely and professional manner, both on the phone and email.
  • Group bookings – set menus, minimum spends, pre-orders and manager communications.
  • Daily confirmation of bookings and updating booking notes accordingly.
  • Input of 3rd party booking entries in to Opentable and Design My Night.
  • In-depth restaurant knowledge inc. capacities, turn times, menu, allergens and policies.
  • Kids Masterclasses – Booking and manager/guest liaising.
  • Social media responses to guest feedback.
  • Gift card purchases.
  • Cover and feedback reporting.
  • General office maintenance including post and maintaining a clean environment.
  • Ability to drive own performance, multitask and excel under pressure.
  • Identify areas of personal growth to enable effective appraisals and future development within the company.
