At Sticks’n’Sushi, we believe loyalty is earned—not assumed. And in our case, it’s often rolled, skewered, and served with a smile. We’re looking for a CRM & Loyalty Manager who knows how to turn great dining into lasting devotion—and maybe a few sushi cravings along the way.
You’ll take the lead on shaping and running our Frequent Fisher loyalty programme—steering smarter segmentation, slicker lifecycle comms, and more meaningful guest moments across the UK, DK, and DE. You’ll bring rigour to the numbers, sparkle to the journeys, and fresh thinking to what “loyalty” really means.
From reward structures to email flows, app nudges to VIP surprises, you’ll help our guests feel seen, understood, and delighted—not just for spending more, but for coming back for that one irresistible thing they swore they wouldn’t order again (but did).
This isn’t just CRM. It’s guest obsession, codified—with a side of wasabi.

The role is based in our office in central Copenhagen, right next to our very first restaurant. You will work with your team here, but also have close colleagues based in London, so travelling is to be expected.
