Marketing Coordinator – Sticks’n’Sushi

We are a team of Big Smiles and Small Egos.

Sticks’n’Sushi is a family of restaurants, founded in Copenhagen over 30 years ago, that created a unique blend of cultures and culinary traditions. Our marketing team is built around three clear roles: to ignite the brand, attract new guests, and commit them to return. We blend strategy with storytelling, data with design, and global vision with local flavour. Every touchpoint is crafted to feel thoughtful, relevant, and distinctly Sticks’n’Sushi - always rooted in quality, cultural awareness, and considered simplicity. Whether shaping a campaign or evolving a platform, we work together to build connection, loyalty, and long-term brand love.

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day marcomms and collateral for the UK estate, drive local awareness, distribute local news to BIDS/shopping centres, create and fulfil local marketing strategies and work closely with central Brand, Digital, and UK Operations teams to ensure all content is on-brand, timely, and market-relevant.

This role brings campaigns to life online, maintaining accurate, user-friendly, and engaging guest-facing content - from updating menus and listings to building web pages and social posts. They play a key part in localising global campaigns and contributing to the regional content calendar.
