Sales & Service Coordinator

Founded 31 years ago in a tiny basement in Copenhagen, Sticks’n’Sushi has grown into a buzzing, international restaurant group with soon 32 locations across Copenhagen, London and Berlin - and ambitious plans for more to come. To support our restaurants, we’re looking for a part‑time Sales & Service Coordinator (20+ hours/week) to join our dynamic team in central Copenhagen, right next to where it all began.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be the heartbeat of our guest communication - the person who brings guests, restaurants and events together and makes every experience feel exciting and unforgettable with the Sticks'N'Sushi Million dollar touch.

As part of our Sales & Service team you will be supporting the restaurants and operations team while playing a key role in driving events, caterings, bookings and private dining sales, identifying new opportunities, and delivering an excellent guest experience from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Being the friendly voice behind our phones and inboxes
• Keeping our reservation system sharp, accurate and up to date
• Managing guest feedback on platforms like Trustpilot and Google
• Ensuring smooth communication with guests, B2B clients and restaurant teams
• Coordinating in‑house events, catering requests and our Sushi & Cocktail Classes
• Supporting our General Managers to keep operations running smoothly across all restaurant

You can expect work a varied mix of weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Normal working hours run between 11:00 to 20:00, but during our busiest periods and big events, there may be a few longer days - a great chance and oppurtunity to experience the buzz.

You’re organised, proactive and always two steps ahead. You communicate with confidence, stay cool under pressure, and bring warmth, charm and open arms to every guest interaction.

To succeed in this role, you:

• Have strong written and spoken communication skills in Danish. English and other languages is a plus
• Bring energy, structure and a can‑do attitude
• Have an eye for detail and a heart for service
• Thrive in a fast‑moving environment
• Ideally have experience in hospitality, sales or service but personality and motivation matter most
