What you’ll be doing at Sticks ’n’ Sushi

• You’ll assist the General Manager to ensure elevated hospitality for each guest in how you lead a shift - motivating, coaching and inspiring your Fish (the wonderful team)
• You’ll support the General Manager to grow a strong community of Guests, welcoming everyone equally
• You will have the trust to make decisions, solve challenges and keep the good energy flowing

What you’ll bring to us

• A track record of confidence and hospitality excellence under your belt in previous roles. Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager/Deputy Manager, ideally in a high-volume, premium branded full table service restaurant
• An eye for detail, always upholding the highest standards and ensuring every shift is in the very safest pair of hands
• Great leadership and a nurturing approach that will make coaching & developing other members of the team a natural focus
• A ‘Ja Tak’ attitude (Danish for "Yes, thank you") and embody our “Big smile, small ego” spirit
• A genuine commitment to making people happy - guest and team alike – to ensure you have one of the happiest teams in the business and guests that turn into regulars and regulars into friends
• The desire to be part of a company that can help you flourish and become the best you can be
