As Sticks'n'Sushi continues to grow, we are always looking for talented hospitality leaders at all management levels to join our restaurant in Rungsted:

• General Manager
• Assistant General Manager
• Assistant Restaurant Manager

About the role

As part of a management team, you will dare to raise the bar on daily operations, build a strong and engaged team culture together, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Depending on your level of experience and the position, your responsibilities may include:

• Leading and inspiring Front of House teams
• Creating outstanding guest experiences every day
• Coaching, developing, and supporting team members
• Driving operational excellence and high service standards
• Managing restaurant performance and KPI's
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and talent development
• Ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures

Who you are

You are a natural host and an inspiring leader who understands that great hospitality is all about people.

• Have experience in a management position within hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or a similar service-driven environment
• Lead with energy, caring, and accountability
