Are you

· Sincere about providing genuine, heartfelt, true hospitality?

· Confident and proven in a fast-paced setting?

· Able to adapt quickly, stay calm under pressure, swim with the flow, maintain standards and help manage costs?

What you’ll be doing at Sticks ’n’ Sushi

· Leading our shifts to ensure our elevated hospitality whilst motivating, coaching and inspiring your team

· Building for the future: growing a strong community of Guests, welcoming everyone equally

· Making good decisions, solving challenges and keeping the good energy flowing

What you’ll bring to us

· A track record of excellence from previous roles, ideally in a high volume, premium branded full table service restaurant

· The adaptability of water, able to stay flexible and quickly respond to challenges and changes

· A real understanding of ‘hands on’ togetherness and a natural ability to support your fellow Fish (the wonderful team)

· A flair for delivering personal touches and memorable experiences for our Guests that take them away from the real world for a while
