Next month, Sticks'n'Sushi is coming to Birmingham - our first restaurant in the Midlands, opening in the Paradise development on Chamberlain Square.

Sticks’n’Sushi is as unique as the city we're coming to. We serve high-quality, fresh food based on a unique combination of classic and creative sushi along with sticks from the grill, bringing a blend of Danish design, Japanese dining and generous hospitality. How We Will Support Your Journey with Us

We will begin training 2 weeks before opening so that you can fully learn our menus, history, culture and stories. Once you have joined us you can continue to develop your skills at our Lead‘n’Learn academy, where structured training prepares you for new responsibilities and success in your role.
