What you’ll be doing at Sticks ’n’ Sushi

Your number one task is to be happy. A contagious attitude that’s exciting to be around.
You’ll be the face of our values, culture and brand, helping our Guests (Fishes) to leave the real world behind for a little while.
You’ll bring passion, energy, and personality to the table - every time.
You will make our guests feel welcome with thoughtful service - creating moments they remember.
You will learn about Danish & Japanese culture, ingredients, and service style - so when you recommend a dish, pour sake, or guide the guest through their evening, your focus is on mastering your craft.

What you’ll bring to us

Ideally, you already have experience in a busy restaurant, knowing how to give great service and make people happy.
You are a spark of energy – full of passion for hospitality. (And probably say “Ja tak” more than once a day!)
You love learning, keeping your hands busy. You flow like water - calm under pressure.
You bring kindness, respect, and live the “big smile, small ego” way.
Your team spirit will support your fellow Strange Fishes. We work and laugh in togetherness.
