What you'll be doing at Sticks'n'Sushi

• Design and deliver UK hiring plans that embody our culture, our values and our commitment to exceptional service, planning ahead for seasonality, peaks and new openings.
• Lead hiring for our key management and support team roles.
• Build external talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, headhunting, referrals and strategic agency partnerships.
• Strengthen internal talent pipelines by spotting high-potential fish, staying close to them and helping them take their next step with us.
• Partner with our Operations Team to understand priorities, team dynamics and future needs.
• Work with our Digital team to grow our employer brand across LinkedIn, job boards and our careers site.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to signed offer.
• Make sure every new starter arrives ready, with offers, contracts and right to work checks done right, and a smooth handover into onboarding.
• Use data and insight to track recruitment performance, spot trends and keep improving how we hire.
• Own and optimise our Applicant Tracking System, so it is used well and keeps getting better.

What you'll bring to us

• A track record of excellence in previous recruitment roles, ideally in hospitality.
• Experience owning both the hiring strategy and the day-to-day delivery.
• The adaptability of water: you stay flexible and respond quickly to challenges and change.
• You're a decision-maker and problem-solver, and someone who keeps the good energy flowing.
• Your own thing, added to our wider People team.
