What you’ll be doing at Sticks ’n’ Sushi

• You’ll lead our shifts to ensure our elevated hospitality, motivating, coaching and inspiring your team.
• You’ll help us build for the future, growing a strong community of Guests, welcoming everyone equally.
• You’ll be trusted to make decisions, solve challenges and keep the good energy flowing.

What you’ll bring to us

• You have a track record of excellence from previous roles
• ·You have the adaptability of water to stay flexible and quickly respond to challenges and changes.
• A real understanding of ‘hands on’ togetherness and a natural ability to support your fellow fish.
• You’ll show a flair for delivering personal touches and memorable experiences for our Guests that take them away from the real world for a while.
