We are looking for bartenders who have a passion for great drinks, love working with people, and want to be part of the opening team of the first Sticks'n'Sushi restaurant in Prague.

What awaits you?

✨ Starting on October 8, 2026

✨ Several weeks of paid training before the restaurant opens

✨ You will get to know our cocktails, wine, sake and Japanese whiskey

✨ You will learn our service standards and Danish-Japanese hospitality philosophy

✨ You will try everything at Mock Service before we welcome the first guests

✨ You will be part of the opening team and help create the atmosphere of the restaurant from day one

What will you be doing?

• Preparation of cocktails, drinks and coffee according to Sticks'n'Sushi standards.
• Recommending drinks and pairings for our menu.
• Taking care of the bar and its perfect appearance.
• Creating a pleasant atmosphere for guests.
• Cooperation with the staff and the kitchen.

Who are we looking for?

• You enjoy working with people and you know how to create a great atmosphere.
• You work quickly, carefully and with attention to detail.
• You speak English.
• Bar experience is an advantage, but not a requirement - a willingness to learn and a positive attitude are more important.
• You are a team player and enjoy being part of a great team.

• Příprava koktejlů, nápojů a kávy podle standardů Sticks'n'Sushi.
• Doporučování drinků a pairingů k našemu menu.
• Péče o bar a jeho perfektní vzhled.
• Vytváření příjemné atmosféry pro hosty.
• Spolupráce s obsluhou i kuchyní.

Koho hledáme?

• Máš rád/a práci s lidmi a umíš vytvořit skvělou atmosféru.
• Pracuješ rychle, pečlivě a s důrazem na detail.
• Domluvíš se anglicky.
• Zkušenosti za barem jsou výhodou, ale nejsou podmínkou – důležitější je chuť učit se a pozitivní přístup.
