We are looking for a Grill Chef to join our kitchen team.

This role is for a chef who takes pride in their work, enjoys working in a busy kitchen, passionate about grilling and presenting the very best kushiyaki sticks caring about quality, teamwork, and consistency.

You do not need perfect English. We value clear communication, a positive attitude, and strong kitchen skills.

• Experience working in a busy professional kitchen
• Good knife skills and sushi-making experience
• Enough English to communicate clearly in the kitchen
• Strong attention to detail and high standards
