Founded 31 years ago in a small Copenhagen basement, Sticks’n’Sushi has grown into 30 thriving restaurants across Copenhagen, London and Berlin — and we’re still growing.

To support this growth, we’re looking for a Sales & Service Manager to lead our talented team and take our guest experience and sales performance to the next level.

You’ll be based at our central Copenhagen office, right next to where it all began.


About the job

As our new Sales & Service Manager, you’ll lead the team behind everything that happens before our guests even step into the restaurants — and long after they leave.

You’ll oversee Reservations, Sales & B2B, Catering & Events and their coordinators, making sure every interaction is seamless, every event is unforgettable, and every guest feels the famous Sticks’n’Sushi touch.

You’ll work closely with the Operations Team to ensure processes run smoothly across the business, support our restaurants with great service standards, and drive initiatives that increase sales, optimise workflows and improve guest satisfaction.

You'll be reporting to the Operations Manager.


What you will be doing


  • Lead & develop the team: Manage and inspire a growing Sales & Service department. Coach, train and support the team to perform at their best and grow professionally.
  • Collaborate across the business: Be the key link between Sales & Service and Operations, ensuring smooth communication, clear execution and alignment on guest experience standards.
  • Drive growth & optimise processes: Review and improve workflows to maximise efficiency, productivity and profitability. Spot new business opportunities in reservations, catering, private dining and B2B.
  • Own the guest experience: Make sure every reservation, event and catering order meets our high standards. Use guest feedback to improve and innovate the customer journey.



What we’re looking for

  • Proven leadership experience, ideally in hospitality, sales or service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sales & business development mindset, with a track record of growing revenue and improving processes.
  • Great operational understanding — you know how to turn strategy into seamless daily execution.
  • Analytical and solution-driven, with the ability to optimise workflows and solve challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — you thrive on collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience.

Fluency in English is required; Danish is a strong advantage.


As this is not a standard 9–5 role, we are looking for someone who enjoys working at the times where our guests need us.

This means being flexible to cover some evenings, weekends and public holidays, with hours typically between 09:00 and 20:00.
