As we expand, we’re enhancing our supply chain to deliver the right products, at the right time, and in the quality our restaurants expect. We’re now seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in central Copenhagen.
What You Will Be Doing
As our Supply Chain Specialist, you’ll be the heartbeat of our end-to-end supply flow. You’ll be the person who makes sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly so our restaurants are set up for success - every day, in every city.
Working closely with Purchasing, you’ll help products move efficiently from our suppliers in Europe and Asia into the Sticks’n’Sushi pond. You’ll coordinate, communicate, and keep a steady overview of what’s moving where, ensuring our teams always have what they need.
Your Responsibilities
Daily Coordination & Logistics
- Ensure smooth logistics by scheduling shipments and coordinating all inbound and outbound deliveries.
- Track and trace shipments to secure on time delivery to restaurants across markets.
- Share updates with restaurants about stock levels, expected delays, and temporary product changes.
Supplier & Partner Collaboration
- Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers, distributors, and logistics partners.
- Nurture strong relationships that ensure quality, reliability, and efficient communication.
- Assist with purchase order management, making sure pricing, delivery dates, and freight details are accurate.
Inventory & Data
- Keep a close eye on inventory - spotting shortages, preventing overstock, and balancing supply with demand.
- Maintain accurate inventory and order records while supporting forecasting and demand planning.
- Collect and analyse data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
Processes & Compliance
- Support Purchasing with administrative tasks and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Identify and resolve logistical issues, delays, or discrepancies early and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, food safety requirements, and internal processes.
- Collaborate closely with restaurant teams, Ops Managers, and Finance to align supply chain processes with business needs.

To Succeed in This Role, You:
- Have 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Logistics, or a related field (hospitality/food industry experience is a plus).
- Hold a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a similar field (preferred).
- Are comfortable using supply chain systems and Microsoft Office.
- Have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data to optimise processes.
- Are detail oriented, structured, and adaptable when priorities shift.
