Sticks'n'Sushi Head Office
We recently opened our 14th restaurant in London, our 29th in total, and Sticks’n’Sushi isn't stopping there. We have ambitious plans for the future and to support our senior leaders, the Board and most importantly our CEO, we are searching for an an Executive Team Assistant/PA to our CEO to join in a new and exciting role.
What we're looking For:
The role will involve a lot of the most 'typical' tasks and responsibilities of an EA/PA: travel and hotel bookings, expenses, conference, and meeting requirements (internal and external), and preparation of business related documents and materials.
In addition, working directly with the Sticks’n’Sushi board (our owners), preparation of all presentations, papers and document, as well as attendance at regular board meetings is essential. There is also a requirement to represent Sticks'n'Sushi to prospective enquirers and to manage expectations and requirements when it comes to board and executive members time.
On top of this is the 'other' tasks, like contributing to projects within our support office environments: for example staff celebrations, Christmas, anniversaries, birthdays etc. Whilst we can never be exact about the tasks requires, we can be sure that there will never be a dull moment.
Who you are:
We'd love to hear from you if you're a self starter, highly organised, and have worked in this type of role before (ideally). You'll know you're away around all the MS Office packages naturally, and be a wizz with Outlook. You will have no problem managing lots of tasks at once, and be able to handle everything from confidential reports to requests to juggle an already busy CEO's calendar to find a last minute meeting with a vital contact.
You will love being busy and constantly look for ways to improve things and working well with others will be second nature. Your track record of going the extra mile for the people you work with today will be just part of who you are. In an absolutely ideal world, you will have some experience of working in a business like ours, but if you are willing to learn to become one of us, that is also great.
