What you’ll be doing at Sticks ’n’ Sushi

• Assisting the General Manager to ensure elevated hospitality for each guest in how you lead a shift
• Motivating, coaching and inspiring your Fish (the wonderful team)
• Supporting the General Manager to grow a strong community of Guests, welcoming everyone equally
• Being trusted to make decisions, solve challenges and keep the good energy flowing

What you’ll bring to us

• A track record of success in previous roles as an Assistant General Manager/Deputy Manager in a high-volume, premium branded full table service restaurant
• An eye for detail, always upholding the highest standards and ensuring every shift is in the very safest pair of hands
• Genuine care for your team: your nurturing approach will make coaching & developing a natural focus, ensuring you have one of the happiest teams in the industry
• A ‘Ja Tak’ (Danish for "Yes, thank you") attitude, embodying our “big smile, small ego” spirit
• A genuine commitment to making people happy, turning guests into regulars and regulars into friends.
