Someone who brings trust, respect and generosity?</li><li>Do you have a natural ability to listen and support with a big smile and a small ego?</li><li>Are you culturally curious and hungry to learn more about our Danish ’n’ Japanese roots?</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>What you’ll be doing at Sticks ’n’ Sushi </p><ul><li>You’ll assist the General Manager to ensure elevated hospitality for each guest in how you lead a shift, motivating, coaching and inspiring your fish.</li><li>You’ll support the General Manager to grow a strong community of Guests, welcoming everyone equally.</li><li>You will have the trust to make decisions, solve challenges and keep the good energy flowing.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>What you’ll bring to us </p><ul><li>You have a track record of excellence from previous roles</li><li>You have the adaptability of water to stay flexible and quickly respond to challenges and changes.</li><li>You’ll bring a real understanding of togetherness. A natural ability to support your fellow Strange Fishes.</li><li>You’ll show a flair for delivering personal touches to create memorable experiences for our Guests that take them away from the real world for a while.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>How we will support your journey with us </p><p>At Sticks’n’Sushi, we don’t want people to stand still. Through our Lead’n’Learn academy, we will support you to master your craft and new skills. 90% of our General Managers were promoted from within, so promotion is definitely possible.
