With a unique blend of cultures and culinary traditions, they created something entirely new - and entirely unforgettable.</p><p>We serve a unique combination of classic and creative sushi alongside sticks from the grill. Together.</p><p><br /></p><h4>What you’ll be doing at Sticks ‘n’ Sushi</h4><p>You’ll help lead each shift with passion and precision-supporting your team and your leaders to deliver exceptional quality and unforgettable hospitality.</p><p>You’ll arrive ready to energise the floor, and inspire those around you to create experiences that help our guests “leave the real world for a while”.</p><p>You’ll take shared responsibility for the day-to-day running of the restaurant-from service flow and team development to decision-making and high standards. You’ll be the calm in the storm, the spark of motivation, and the person your team turns to for guidance and support.</p><p>You’ll be a key ambassador of Sticks’n’Sushi.</p><p><br /></p><h4>What you’ll bring to us</h4><p>As a seasoned Assistant Manager, you’ll have a track record of confidence and hospitality excellence under your belt in previous roles.</p><p>Yet you’ve got the adaptability of water, able to stay calm, flexible and quickly respond to challenges and change. You will always keep our standards high and costs under control.</p><p>Alongside this, you bring respect, trust and generosity to your team, hearing their ideas and coaching them in their work.</p><p>You’ll be the fiery spark that ignites the creativity of your team to make this new restaurant something special in its own right.
