Our waiters and bartenders most important task at Sticks’n’Sushi, is to be happy—it is contagious. We only hire people who are excited to be around their colleagues and our guests; people who take pride in being nice and working hard.

Our waiters and bartenders are for our guests truly the face of our values, culture and brand. They thrive in a buzzing, fast-paced environment with many things happening at the same time.

There are easier places to work. With smaller menus to learn and less things to do. In Sticks’n’Sushi, they are a part of a family where we work and laugh together. We pride ourselves of being busy and are humble upon our guests that comes to experience us.
