A contagious attitude that’s exciting to be around.</li><li>You’ll be the face of our values, culture and brand, helping our Guests (Fishes) to leave the real world behind for a little while.</li><li>You’ll bring passion, energy, and personality to the table - every time.</li><li>You will make our guests feel welcome with thoughtful service - creating moments they remember.</li><li>You will learn about Danish &amp; Japanese culture, ingredients, and service style - so when you recommend a dish, pour sake, or guide the guest through their evening, your focus is on mastering your craft.</li></ul><p><br /></p><h2>What you’ll bring to us</h2><ul><li>Ideally, you already have experience in a busy restaurant, knowing how to give great service and make people happy.</li><li>You are a spark of energy – full of passion for hospitality. (And probably say “Ja tak” more than once a day!)</li><li>You love learning, keeping your hands busy. You flow like water - calm under pressure.</li><li>You bring kindness, respect, and live the “big smile, small ego” way.</li><li>Your team spirit will support your fellow Strange Fishes. We work and laugh in togetherness.</li></ul><h2><br /></h2><h2><strong>How we will support your journey with us </strong></h2><p>We want you to grow with us, so through our Lead ‘n’ Learn academy, you can keep learning and developing your skills and challenge your responsibilities (and your healthy risk-taking).
