Founded 31yrs ago from a small basement in Copenhagen, we now have 30 thriving restaurants, in Copenhagen, London and Berlin, and ambitious plans for more to come. To support our restaurants, we are looking for a new colleague to join our Sales & Service team in Copenhagen. You will be based in central Copenhagen, located very close to our very first restuarant.
What you will work on:
You will be the connector between our guests, our restaurants, and our events—ensuring every experience is seamless, exciting, and unforgettable with the Sticks’n’Sushi million dollar touch.
As part of the Sales & Service team, you will play a key role in driving events, caterings, bookings and private dining sales, identifying new opportunities, and delivering an excellent guest experience.
From answering calls and emails to upselling group bookings and managing feedback across platforms like Trustpilot and Google, you will be the go-to for ensuring smooth communication and service with our guests, the restaurants and our B2B clientele.
You will also help coordinate our in-house events, catering requests, and popular classes like Sushi- and Cocktail class. On the operational side, you will keep our reservation system accurate and work closely with our General Managers to ensure everything runs smoothly across the group.
This is not your standard 9 to 5. We are looking for someone who is flexible and happy to work across weekends, evenings, and public holidays. Shifts will fall between 09:00 and 20:00, with occasional longer days during peak periods and special events.
What we are looking for:
You will thrive in this role if you are a natural communicator, super organised, proactive, and passionate about hospitality.
We are looking for a Sales & Service Coordinator who can bring energy, organisational skills, and a touch of sparkle to our growing Sales & Service department.
You are a people-person with a passion for food and the restaurant industry. You thrive in a fast-paced, guest-first environment and you have with an eye for detail.
It is a must that you can speak and write in Danish and English.
You will report directly to the Sales & Service Manager - Eline Ladegaard and collaborate daily with our restaurant General Managers and wider team. Experience from the restaurant industry, sales, service or any other relevant education is a plus.
