We are looking for an exceptional Catering & Events Coordinator for Sticks‘n’Sushi Catering
About the role
This is an excellent opportunity for a diverse and pro-active individual to be instrumental in the growth of our catering and events department.
The position is based out of our Head Office in central London as well as on location in and around the City.
Required skills
- Experience in a restaurant group environment with a proven history of B2B & B2C sales conversion, hitting personal and business KPI’s.
- Ability to identify potential business in and around Sticks'n'Sushi through effective market research, with a confident approach to engagement and confident sell of our catering services.
- Full circle event execution. This includes but is not limited to: initial proposal and confirmation, staffing, visuals, transport, packaging details, chefs comms, post event follow up with client.
- Ownership of the catering inbox for ad hoc catering deliveries direct to client, maximising budgets whilst adhering to guests needs.
- Maintain relationships with new and existing business.
- Candidate must be warm and welcoming with a can-do attitude who thrives on bouncing ideas with the team.
- Ability to lead a small team whilst on events and be a main POC for client.
- Excellent diary management & communication skills.
- A good understanding of financials and business acumen
- We are looking for a self-motivated and proactive individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with the team
- A passion for upselling, and keen attention to detail to uphold our brand standards and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Working hours are flexible to meet the needs of the business, including evenings and weekends
